Alleanza
Alleanza is a company that was founded more than 15 years ago based on a dream and a desire to offer quality furniture with one of the best Romanian manufacturers in the field.
If Alleanza only had an office of 40square meters, that has changed currently. Presently, they now have a commercial space of over 700 square meters, just a few steps from downtown Arad, Romania.
Challenges
The last time they had access to the administrator panel was sometime in 2018. The client requested a transition from a simple presentation page to a magnificent online store. They wanted the online store to be made in WordPress and for it to be developed in Elementor and WooCommerce.
Solutions
Alleanza needed a new approach, a different solution compared to the rest of their direct competitors. To achieve this, we implemented vivid colors and dedicated a special session to photograph and retouch products. The most important part was the optimization of the online store for mobile because most customers were coming from mobile social networks like Facebook and Instagram.
The Result
The project lasted for about 3 months. During this period, we went to the Alleanza headquarters in Romania where we took advantage of the opportunity to attend an intensive training on everything related to online commerce, the addition of new products, order processing, and customer service implementation.
